Johnathan and Jennifer Campbell - Owners
Jonathan and Jennifer Campbell are the local owners of Merry Maids of Tacoma. Although they come with excellent credentials, they are best known for their passion to seeing people, families and communities thrive. They were recently awarded the national Dot Hynes Award, also known as the ‘Best Boss’ award. This award is well deserved, and I believe our staff say it best . . .

At the beginning of my employment with Merry Maids I was a new mom trying to find her place, they accepted this with open hearts, minds, and arms. Jennifer always took the time to listen, support, and offer advice. She opened her heart to my daughter and always made sure to ask about her. Not only did Jennifer take the time but she genuinely showed her love and care for both of us. Jennifer held, played, and cared for my daughter during a holiday event so I could enjoy my time. What is your favorite thing to do when you are not working? My favorite things to do outside of work are spending time with my family and friends, music festivals and dancing.
What is something you like about your cleaning partner? She is a very happy person, she is an amazing sport every day. I really enjoyed our time spent together.
Any additional comments or kudos about your team? Everyone is like family here. Shauna is a great person to work with, she shows us all a lot of respect and care.

What is your favorite thing to do when you are not working? Enjoy spending as much time as possible in nature, hiking, kayaking, and camping. I really enjoy cooking as well.
What is something you like about your cleaning partner? We have excellent communication.

What is your favorite thing to do when you are not working? One of my favorite things to do is spend time with my two beautiful children. We play together, we tell jokes and laugh at our jokes together.
What is something you like about your cleaning partner? I do not have a permanent partner on the field, but I do want to say that what I really like about all the Merry Maids team members is that they are very respectful with one another.
Any additional comments or kudos about your team? I would like to especially mention our Manager for the Tacoma Location Shauna, she is a very dedicated Manager. She is always happy to see all the employees working together as a team. Shauna is very patient with all the employees, and we are grateful for having such a wonderful leader like her who guides us each day on how to be a better person. Shauna is very professional and her dedication to her job inspires me and motivates me to be a better person/leader.

What is your favorite thing to do when you are not working? Camping trips, love to cook, really enjoy learning new things. Listening to music and relaxing.
What is something you like about your cleaning partner? We work well together because we have the same work ethic, we work hard to ensure that our Merry Maids clients are incredibly happy, we laugh in the car together and genuinely one another.
Any additional comments or kudos about your team? My team makes me feel very welcome and cared for even though I struggle a little bit with learning English.
