Owner Profile

Glen and Andrea Tank founded their Merry Maids franchise in March 1988. Over the past 26 years, the company has grown to include more than 25 employees in three service areas: Anderson, Muncie and Noblesville. The Tank's mission is simple: to provide and grow the best residential maid service available in the communities they serve while recruiting, training and maintaining excellent employees with a focus on employee happiness, personal growth and retention. After being self-employed as a teenager and continuing an interest in entrepreneurial opportunities while in college, Glenn and Andrea opened their first franchise in 1988. From there, two more franchises were opened on its heels, one in 1989 and one in 1990. When they are not at work, Glenn and Andrea enjoy spending time with their three grown children, Candace, Jenny and Daniel. They also enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, biking and fishing.

Team Profile

The day-to-day operation at Merry Maids of Anderson, Muncie and Noblesville are made possible by its experienced staff. Kindra Lee, Operations Manager, joined the team in 1996 as a Team Mate, was promoted to Manager is 2000 and became Operations Manager in 2002. She oversees customer service as well as sales and human resources.

Christy Slate, Sales Representative, joined the team in August 2011 as a teammate, achieving captain status is 2012. She was promoted to Sales Representative in late 2016. Angela Wiederien joined the team in 2012 and became the Quality Assurance Supervisor/Maid Trainer in 2016.

Heather Losey started as a teammate in early 2013 and quickly moved up to captain status the same year. Heather joins Angela as Maid Trainer. Virginia Chilton has been a part of the team since 2000. She's a dedicated team captain and office manager. She makes sure the teams have their equipment and supplies ready each morning.
