Training - no team member enters your home without it. In fact, each new employee, despite background or prior experience, is required to attend a comprehensive, week-long training program. It is only upon completion of this program that the new team member becomes certified to clean.

Guy and Elizabeth DiGiovanna have owned Merry Maids since 2005.We have served all of Lake County area from the start. After working for REMax, Elizabeth realized that a Merry Maids franchise would fit in perfectly with her real estate career. Since Guy had been in sales most of his life, the business blended together with both careers.
