“Charleston, S.C. Team Member Goes Above and Beyond”
While cleaning for a new biweekly customer, Charleston, S.C., team member Pam Cromer noticed a white, dusty residue around the home. After learning the customer had recently developed an incessant cough after moving into the newly construction home, Pam suggested she change the air filters.
Pam not only helped the customer find and remove the air filters, she returned after work the next day to help the customer install the new ones.
