Brian Poirier – Owner
Brian started with Merry Maids in October 2014 as an Outside Sales Consultant.
He also held the role of Branch Manager of the Lynnwood location and General
Manager of the Lynnwood and Lake Stevens locations, prior to purchasing
those two franchises in 2023. He is passionate about customer service
and believes his team should work hard and play hard. He says, “Life
is too short to work a job you hate.” Brian loves coming to work
every day and tries to provide an environment where his employees can
be happy and fulfilled in their work. Outside of the office, you are guaranteed
to find him exploring the PNW with his wife, Kim, and dog, Maisie.
Erica Welti- Branch Manager
Erica started at Merry Maids in May of 2013 as a customer service representative. She has since held the roles of Outside Sales Consultant and Assistant Manager, before being promoted to Branch Manager in January of 2020. In the office Erica is passionate about cultivating and fostering a world- class team. You will find her fiercely supporting her staffs’ personal and professional well-being through open communication, frequent mental health check-ins, weekly training sessions, plenty of fun surprises and a positive environment. She believes if she takes the best possible care of her team, they will be equipped to take the best possible care of our customers. Outside the office Erica is the assistant coach for her teenage daughter’s soccer team and an avid adrenaline junkie. She enjoys jumping from airplanes, exploring in her RZR and can’t pass up a zipline! Erica also has two four- legged Assistant Managers that frequent the office- her dogs Belle and Teddy.
Aly Covello – Customer Service Representative
Aly started with Merry Maids in April 2017 as a housecleaner. She then moved into the Supervisor Role in 2018 before becoming the Sales and Customer Service Representative. She thrives on providing excellent customer service and giving people the answers they need. Outside of work you can find her kayaking around the PNW, hiking, walking with her 4 dogs, or relaxing at home with a nice movie or video game!
Sky Schrum – Team Trainer
Sky started with Merry Maids in June 2022. She found a passion for professional cleaning during the start of the pandemic with seeing how much it meant to the community. “It's a very rewarding experience, helping people in ways maybe they can't do themselves; life can get super busy, so why not sit back for a while!” She tries to help her team members thrive and have fun while working hard of course. “It's very important to have a caring environment so everyone that joins the team can feel appreciated too!” Outside of work she enjoys adventuring to places she hasn’t been before, or relaxing at home with her partner and cats!
